Job Title: Secretary (Full-Time Position)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED/Monthly
Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must. We are open to considering immigrants for this position. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
• Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally
• Schedule meetings, make appointments, and manage calendars
• Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents accurately and on time
• Type business letters, reports, forms, invoices, etc. as required
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing mail/documents
• Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying documents, filing papers etc.
• Assist with other office tasks when needed
• Maintain an organized filing system of all documents
Qualifications/Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
