Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, photocopying, etc.


• Prepare memos, letters and other documents as required.


• Maintain records and filing systems.


• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• No experience required, but prior experience working as secretary or similar role is preferred.
