Secretary Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with an attractive salary of 1700. We are also happy to consider immigrants for the position.

Job Description

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, photocopying, etc.

Prepare memos, letters and other documents as required.

Maintain records and filing systems.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Candidate:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
No experience required, but prior experience working as secretary or similar role is preferred.
