We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to multitask and manage their time efficiently.

The primary responsibilities of the Secretary will include:
-Providing administrative support to the management team;
-Greeting visitors, answering and routing calls;
-Managing filing systems;
-Preparing reports and presentations;
-Scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events;
-Creating agendas for meetings;
-Managing travel arrangements for staff members.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. We also require the successful candidate to be fluent in both English and Arabic.

The salary for this position is 1400 AED/month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrant candidates. If you believe you have the required experience and skill set, please submit your resume for consideration.
