We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering telephones and routing calls to the appropriate person
• Greeting visitors and determining the nature of their visit
• Composing and typing documents such as letters, memos, and reports
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for staff members
• Maintaining filing systems both electronically and manually
• Scheduling travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Preparing presentation materials for meetings and conferences
• Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and managing invoices
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
