We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess a good understanding of computer software applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and paper.
- Take dictation, transcribe notes, type documents, letters, faxes and emails.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
- Organize meetings/conferences/appointments with clients or colleagues as requested.
- Schedule appointments with clients or colleagues as requested.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Prepare agendas for meetings; take notes at meetings; monitor follow up tasks from the meeting.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Secretary is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong prioritization skills. Must have exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential. Experience working in an international environment is a plus. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with salary of 1000 AED per month.
