Office Assistant Job in Sharjah
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and aiding in day-to-day operations. The salary for this position is 1400 AED.
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. They will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and handling phone calls and other inquiries. Additionally, they must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in an administrative role. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities both verbal and written. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
