Office Assistant Job in Sharjah
We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and be willing to learn the ropes quickly. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month.
Job Summary
The Office Assistant will provide a variety of administrative support services to ensure the smooth running of the office operations. This role will involve providing administrative assistance and support to all staff members, managing office supplies, performing general clerical work, making travel arrangements and assisting with other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, photocopying and scanning documents, managing email correspondence, organizing meetings and events as needed. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for providing customer service assistance such as responding to inquiries or complaints and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred but not required. The candidate should be reliable and able to take initiative when necessary.
