Office Assistant position in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  Maintain office supplies inventory.


• 
  Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff.


• 
  Greet visitors warmly.


• 
  Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.


• 
  Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
