Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented. They should also demonstrate a friendly and professional attitude in all interactions with customers, colleagues and vendors.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the office staff. This includes managing daily operations of the office, filing documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting visitors. In addition, they will manage data entry and update records as necessary.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. They should have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A good working knowledge of English is also required. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours when needed. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience; salary is 1600 per month.
