Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for foreigners
Our office in Sharjah is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The Office Assistant should be able to work independently, while also being comfortable working in a team environment.
The duties of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls, responding to emails, maintaining filing systems, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, performing data entry tasks, and completing other administrative duties as assigned. They should also be able to handle customer inquiries with poise and professionalism.
The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification. Prior experience in an administrative role would be an advantage but is not required for consideration. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role; however it is expected that they can effectively communicate in English both verbally and written.
