Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating outstanding dishes. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing food costs, developing menus, ensuring a high level of food quality is maintained and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Demands for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant. The successful applicant should possess excellent organizational skills, have an eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work within a team environment and have knowledge of current trends in cuisine.
