We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The successful candidate should also be able to multitask and manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Assistant will be expected to greet visitors, answer phones, maintain office supplies, assist with basic accounting duties, manage incoming and outgoing mail, create reports using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word software, compile meeting minutes, order office supplies when necessary, provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Additionally, the Office Assistant may have additional responsibilities assigned depending on the need of the organization.
To apply for this position you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position as well. The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.
