We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant should have an understanding of administrative duties and be able to handle them efficiently. The position requires 1 year of experience, excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
The Office Assistant will provide support to the office staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks including filing, scanning, faxing, responding to emails and phone calls, data entry etc. Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for greeting visitors, ensuring that all visitors sign in and out of the office logbook; ordering supplies as needed; distributing mail; setting up and maintain filing systems; preparing documents for meetings; handling special projects as required.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly attitude and be customer service oriented. Knowledge of MS Office applications is mandatory. The position offers a salary of 1100 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
