Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of office tasks and have a friendly, professional attitude.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as organizing documents, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and providing customer service. Additionally, the Office Assistant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with other departments and customers. A successful candidate should also be able to work independently as well as work effectively in a team environment.
The position requires at least 2 years of experience working in an office setting. A degree in Business Administration or similar field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential for this role as well as the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
