We are looking for a 1 year experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with us and be part of our growing organization. We are offering a salary of 1400.

Job Summary

• Maintain office management systems, including the filing system;


• Prepare regular reports and update internal databases;


• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.);


• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office;


• Organize company’s events and conferences;


• Take minutes at team meetings.
