Office Administrator, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize and coordinate daily office activities.


• Provide administrative support to the staff.


• Ensure office equipment is maintained and adequate supplies are available.


• Organize meetings and events.


• Monitor and respond to emails.


• Maintain accurate filing systems for documents associated with the department.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Office Administration or similar role.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).




• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. < br >< br >< br / > < li >Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. < br >< br >< br / > < li >Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
