Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all administrative activities run smoothly, while meeting the company's goals.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills. They should be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong problem solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining filing systems, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, handling incoming mail/correspondence, and providing administrative support to staff as required.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; excellent time management skills; and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are desirable. We are open to considering applicants from other countries who can demonstrate their experience and qualifications.
