Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role offers a competitive salary of 1100 and we are open to considering a foreign applicant. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but must have excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

The administrative assistant’s main responsibility will be to support the overall management of the office. This could include but is not limited to: providing administrative and clerical support, managing calendars and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, managing expenses, making travel arrangements, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, answering inquiries from customers and other personnel in a professional manner.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). They should be able to multi-task effectively and have great organizational skills. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as demonstrate the ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
