Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. The successful candidate will help with day-to-day operations such as filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additional duties may include data entry, managing accounts payable/receivable, and providing customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

We are open to considering applicants with no experience.
