Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing calendars, and other related tasks. You must be able to work independently and have strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is a must.
The successful candidate will have excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or any other related software programs. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED/month with potential for growth based on performance. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants provided they meet the qualifications mentioned above.
