Secretary Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an efficient and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all departments and ensure smooth operation of the office. The role reports to the Chief Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage daily calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Perform data entry tasks into the company database
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail li>
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently li>
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team li>
We are offering a salary of 1400 AED per month plus benefits. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
