Job Opportunity: Secretary
We are seeking a professional Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with great organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager, and will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. Key responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining files, coordinating travel arrangements and providing general office support.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment and be proficient in MS Office applications. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
This is a full-time position with a salary package of 1100 AED per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance and paid leave.
