Freelancer Job in Abu-Dhabi - HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR specialist for a freelance position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR functions of the organization and ensuring that all procedures and policies are adhered to. Salary is 1100 and we are willing to consider an immigrant.

Requirements

2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
