Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1500/month
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. The ideal candidate should also be able to multi-task and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, preparing presentations and other related tasks
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Manage data entry of important documents into our systems
• Greet visitors warmly and assist them as needed
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels, ordering new items when necessary, and organizing supplies in cabinets or shelves
• Handle incoming mail distribution, couriers, faxes etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with great attention to detail
• Must be willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
