Job Description – Merchandiser in Sharjah
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and have a good understanding of the retail industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our store's inventory, ensuring product availability, monitoring stock levels, and overseeing the ordering process of new merchandise to maintain a full and attractive store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure product availability by anticipating customer needs and stocking shelves accordingly.
• Place orders with suppliers when stock is low and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and advise management of any discrepancies or slow-moving items.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional displays and arrange merchandise according to customer preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends in order to generate ideas for new merchandise lines or promotional activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as unpacking shipments, pricing products, setting up displays, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200 AED per month plus other benefits including medical insurance and housing allowance for the right candidate who meets all requirements.
