• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef


• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills


• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and trends


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary


• (Optional) Fluency in English or Arabic language.
