Office Assistant Vacancy - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay focused on administrative tasks. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our office staff, facilitating general daily operations, and ensuring efficient office workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following:
- Greeting clients and visitors, directing them appropriately.
- Answering phones and transferring calls to relevant staff.
- Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning etc.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 AED per month. We are also ready to consider foreign applicants for this position.
