We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support services within the office. This may include answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, and performing general office duties such as filing and sorting mail. The Office Assistant will also be expected to provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication skills are a must.
In addition to the minimum requirements of two years' experience working as an Office Assistant or in a similar role, the successful candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. A keen eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a can-do attitude and possess strong problem-solving skills. We are offering a salary of 1200 AED for this position. We are also open to considering applications from foreign nationals who meet the requirements for this role.
