Administrator Job in Abu-Dhabi


We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position and offer a salary of 900. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in the field.



Job Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, such as handling incoming calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining the office filing system, keeping track of office supplies, and ordering new items when needed.



Required Qualifications


  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
  • Prior experience working in a customer service role
