Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including managing office operations, supervising staff, and assisting with various projects.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important as well. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office operations by monitoring and ensuring all office systems are working properly
• Supervise staff members and provide direction when necessary
• Assist with various projects as needed
• Manage the filing system and ensure all documents are up to date
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Provide administrative support to management staff as required
• Draft documents, reports, memos, letters etc as requested by management staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
Salary: 900 AED/Month (We are ready to consider a foreigner).
