Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the office and providing support to the team.
This role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and customer service skills. You must also be computer savvy and have the ability to prioritize tasks while keeping an eye on deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing their work space
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Arrange staff meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and similar activities as required
• Answer phones and provide general customer service support
• Maintain a positive work environment by monitoring office atmosphere
