Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The Secretary will provide administrative support to the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management team
• Maintain files and records of important documents
• Prepare documents for distribution
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Greet visitors and answer questions as needed
• Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) • Immigrant candidates are welcome to apply. Salary: 1100 AED per month
