Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will have a salary of 1,100 AED/month and we are open to considering foreign applicants with no experience.
The primary responsibility of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support to the staff in our office. This will involve tasks such as taking phone calls, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing documents. The successful applicant must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties may include performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and filing financial documents.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. They should also be self-motivated and enthusiastic with an eye for detail. Previous experience as a secretary is preferred but not required.
