Secretary Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in computer use. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, as well as managing office operations.

Job Summary

As a Secretary, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to the efficient running of the office. You will manage incoming calls, maintain filing systems, set up meetings and take minutes, as well as other duties such as preparing reports or memos, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
