Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Abu-Dhabi as a Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and contribute to its success. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in a variety of ways. You will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as carry out tasks such as taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, filing documents and maintaining databases. You should also be capable of multitasking and working well under pressure.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, great communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently without supervision is also desirable. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary; however, it would be beneficial.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 for this position. Candidates from foreign countries are welcome to apply for this role. If you think you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you!
