Secretary Job in Abu-Dhabi
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary to join a well-known company in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to provide essential support to all members of the team. This is an exciting role with a competitive salary of 1100 per month.
Responsibilities
The role will involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to: managing correspondence, responding to emails and telephone calls, arranging meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records and databases, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to multitask; good organizational skills; the capability of working independently and as part of a team; computer literacy; problem solving capabilities; and the flexibility needed for working in a busy environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role as well as an excellent command of spoken and written English. Previous experience working in Abu-Dhabi is desirable but not essential. We are also ready to consider immigrant applicants for this position.
