Job Description
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings/appointments
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines
