We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will manage office operations, provide administrative and clerical support, and coordinate with other departments. This position offers a salary of 1000. Job Description

• Answer phone calls and take messages


• Organize and maintain filing systems


• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately


• Provide administrative support to all departments


• Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings/appointments


• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies


• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines
