Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional chef


• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques


• Ability to manage a kitchen staff of 15-20 people


• Highly organized and reliable


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
