Job Description:

• Develop creative menus that meet the needs of the business.


• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.


• Maintain kitchen hygiene standards.


• Manage all kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining and appraising.


• Plan and cost menus.


• Develop relationships with vendors to ensure quality products are used.


• Monitor food costs to ensure they remain within budget limits.

Salary: 1000 USD per month
