Executive Chef - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served. This position offers a salary of AED 1200 (or equivalent). We are also open to consider applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Develop new menu items and recipes.


• Train and supervise kitchen staff.


• Ensure that all kitchen operations are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner.


• Plan and manage the daily production of meals.


• Order ingredients as needed and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Good time-management skills.
