Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations and providing guidance on policies and procedures


• Managing employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee relations


• Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement & retention


• Providing advice on issues such as payroll, benefits, incentive schemes, etc.


• Supporting managers with the recruitment process


• Identifying areas of improvement in HR processes and proposing solutions
