We are looking for a dedicated Librarian to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and management of our library's collections, as well as providing support services to our patrons. The salary is 1400 and we are open to considering foreigners.

Job Description

• Organize and manage library’s collections including books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, electronic resources, and other digital media.


• Perform cataloging activities using automated systems.


• Ensure the accuracy of bibliographic records in the library’s database.


• Design and implement library policies and procedures.


• Provide research assistance to patrons.


• Develop innovative approaches to providing library services.

Requirements

.No experience is required for this position but applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of library management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a variety of patrons with various needs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
