HR Specialist Position: Housekeeping Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to work for an annual salary of 1100. We are open to consider applicants who are immigrants.
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Manager is to ensure that the facilities, guest rooms, lobbies, public areas and offices are cleaned and maintained according to the highest standards. The role involves supervising and training housekeeping staff, monitoring stock levels, ensuring safety standards are met and responding quickly to customer complaints. Additional duties include conducting regular inspections, developing cleaning schedules and ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills as well as strong leadership abilities. They must also possess great interpersonal skills in order to motivate and support staff members when necessary. A keen eye for detail is essential in this role as is the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
