Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. An attractive salary of 1500 is offered to the successful applicant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, scanners etc.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages as required.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Resolve administrative inquiries from staff members. li >
