Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1700 AED and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office assistant, front office representative or similar role
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work li>
Attention to detail and problem solving skills li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills li>
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word) li>
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus li>
