Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for Indian
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1200. We will consider applications from foreign applicants and provide the necessary visas and permits.
The successful applicant should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, as they will be required to interact with customers, clients and other personnel on a daily basis. Furthermore, the applicant should be able to work independently and have an eye for detail when performing administrative tasks.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to: answering incoming calls, taking messages from callers; responding to emails; managing files and records; scheduling appointments; preparing reports; typing documents; ordering office supplies; data entry activities; sorting mail; providing administrative support to other departments; providing customer service support, and other miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
