Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi, 900 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate needs to have at least 1 year of office assistant experience, and will be expected to provide a wide range of administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting customers at the front desk
• Assisting with filing and organizing documents, as well as processing mail and packages
• Checking and updating calendar appointments for staff members
• Maintaining office supplies; ordering new items when needed
• Making travel arrangements for staff members
• Providing general administrative support as requested
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
