Secretary Position in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and office support services, and should have at least 1 year of experience. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the team


• Answer and direct phone calls and emails


• Maintain filing systems and organize documents


• Schedule appointments, book meetings, and arrange travel plans


• Handle day-to-day tasks such as ordering office supplies, processing invoices, etc.


• Prepare reports and other documents as needed

Requirements for the Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or related role.
• Fluent in English (spoken/written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
