Office clerk job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to: handling incoming mail and distributing it accordingly; filing documents; organizing documents; coordinating meetings; scheduling appointments; preparing documents for meetings and seminars; conducting research as requested by management; managing customer inquiries and requests; providing general customer service support. In addition, the individual may be required to take on other tasks as requested by management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). They should also possess a strong work ethic, be able to multitask efficiently, have strong problem-solving skills, and have previous experience with office administration. It is essential that they remain professional at all times and maintain confidentiality of information. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
The salary offered for this position is 1700 AED per month.
