We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a salary of 1700 and are open to consider foreign candidates. The successful candidate must be organized, pay attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Job Description

• Organize and manage administrative activities associated with office operations.


• Answer telephone calls, direct calls, and take messages.


• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.


• Greet visitors, clients, and customers.


• Copy, file, scan and store documents electronically.


• Handle travel arrangements for staff members.


• Receive packages and distribute mail.

Requirements for the Candidate

• Previous experience as an office administrator or similar role is an advantage.
