Job Description
- Organize and manage administrative activities associated with office operations.
- Answer telephone calls, direct calls, and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Greet visitors, clients, and customers.
- Copy, file, scan and store documents electronically.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff members.
- Receive packages and distribute mail.
Requirements for the Candidate
- Previous experience as an office administrator or similar role is an advantage. li >
